My Thoughts
I enjoyed reading about Rowena's story and how she overcame her eating disorders.  In the first two parts of the book, she describes how to change your eating and what foods are good for you, how much to eat, and what kind of equipment you should use.  The photos of the recipes look amazing!  There are so many that sound delicious, but the only complaint I have is that some of the ingredients are not available in our location, are expensive, or I have no idea what they are/never heard of.  There is a lot of extra information included, such as an Appendix and Resources, along with an Ayurvedic questionnaire.  MH and I are still trying to decide what recipes we want to try out, but I think I may have to make some of the smoothies.  I Rated This Book:  4/5 Stars ****
