Owlegories: The Ant The Fruit The Butterfly DVD

The cute little owl characters are back in the latest DVD installment - Owlegories Volume 2:  The Ant The Fruit The Butterfly.

Joey, Violet, Nora, Gus and Twitch are back and ready for adventures that the Professor sends them on.  They will learn about nature, faith and God in the three episodes, which include:

  • The Ant
  • The Fruit
  • The Butterfly

In the Ant, the owls work together to learn three ways followers of Christ should be like the ant.

In the Fruit, the Professor sends them to an apple orchard to find out about the Fruit of the Spirit.

In the Butterfly, they must overcome their fear of bugs and the three ways a follower of Christ is like a caterpillar.

If you haven't heard of Owlegories, it is a new animated series for kids that is gospel-centered.  It features adorable student owls and each lesson they learn focuses on a certain element of nature that helps them to learn about God and at the end of each episode a different Christian leader tells a message (in this DVD it is Angie Smith, Trillia Newbell and Robert Morris).

Twitch is still my favorite character and this new installment is just as funny and interesting as the first! We enjoyed the new song too - God Made Lots of Things.

Owlegories Voume 2 is about 52 minutes long and can be purchased at stores nationwide, like Walmart, Lifeway, Family Christian Stores, and online - Amazon for about $12.99.
