Visit this FREE Playground and splash Park at TRX City Park in Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur can be expensive with the many, many attractions for families and kids in the city. To make the fun holiday exploring a little easier on the budget, we’re sharing some of our favourite free things to do in Kuala Lumpur with kids.

TRX City Park is a massive 10-acre park located on the level three rooftop accessible through The Exchange TRX Mall. The popular Play Spot is inspired by traditional Malay kampung architecture,  

Visiting TRX City Park Play Spot

• Play all day. The playground and splash park light up with colourful lights at night, making it a popular place to play when the sun goes down. The Play Spot is open between 7am and 10pm - and we suggest visiting at dusk for the daytime and lit-up night time version of the popular place to play.

• What is the cost to visit TRX City Park? There is no cost to visit the playground or splash park area. Bring a change of clothes because the waterpark. There are bathrooms, and even showers, on site - making it easy to bring along soap and shampoo and wash the kids after the spray park if you’re visiting in the evening to tuck them straight into bed. There’s also an easily accessed family room with a changing table and nursing area.

• Don’t skip the forest walk. When you’re cooled off from the splash park, try the forest walk. It’s a great chance to learn more about the local flora and fauna and spot incredible flowers and plants through the walk.
