Here’s what you need to know before you visit Kidzania Kuala Lumpur:

  • Book your tickets online. To save time at the door, also scan your face for the facial recognition before you arrive. If you don’t you’ll have to navigate your way through the tickets. We purchased our Kidzania tickets through Klook and saved 10% off of the admission price.

  • Be prepared for noise. Like a regular city - it can be loud. Bring earplugs if you or your child is sensitive to noise. There are constant sirens, loud music and lots of action - just like in a real city. The parents lounge, a no-kids zone and is still quite noisy.

  • Payment. There are card payments and ATMs on site but if you are visiting with multiple children and cannot be in three places at once, bring cash to give to the children to pay for their own experience - if they don’t have access to card or mobile payments.

  • Passes are valid All-day. This means that you can leave to grab a cheap lunch from IKEA or McDonalds, steps away from Kidzania. We suggest arriving first thing in the morning.

  • Leave a Google review. Leave a Google review for a FREE Baskin Robbins ice cream.

  • Reserve Your time slot for popular jobs like Ambulance or Fire Crew. You won’t need to reserve too, too far in advance - but it will make your day run smoother if you do reserve these experiences in advance.
